International Impact

Beit Issie Shapiro has developed a wide global professional network, including the United Nations, international organizations in the field of disabilities, governments, diplomats, municipalities, NGOs and others involving an array of content areas within three core frameworks: global consultation and training services, international research and collaborative projects.

Beit Issie Shapiro’s Global Professional Development (GPD) Department works with governments, NGOs and for-profit organizations around the world to expand the services and facilities available to people with disabilities and their families. The GPD department shares Beit Issie Shapiro’s extensive experience by training professionals in the field of disabilities on specific therapies, tools, technologies, multi-disciplinary techniques and delivering inclusive programming. Furthermore, the GDP department serves as professional advisors to individuals or organizations looking to expand the service offerings of existing facilities or establish new community-based facilities.
